This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the 40170 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 40170 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information current, in particular your contact details and payment information, should any changes occur.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share this information with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to be your own action, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time.

User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 40170 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Impersonating another user or any third party.
- Taking any action intended to defraud the platform's payment system, bonuses, or rewards mechanisms.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party without prior written consent from 40170.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
- Disrupting, tampering with, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers or infrastructure.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 40170 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including online banking through FPX and supported local e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a short timeframe, depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the payment method registered under your account name. For security and compliance purposes, we do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 40170 reserves the right to request identity verification, including valid proof of identification. Withdrawal processing times may take several business days depending on the method and amount requested.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 40170 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and validity periods. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all relevant conditions before accepting any bonus.
Liability Limits & Account Policies

40170 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including loss of winnings, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.
Under no circumstances shall 40170's maximum liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
40170 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, failure to verify identity, or at the user's own request.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and 40170's prevailing policies. In cases where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 40170 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 40170 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
The 40170 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 40170 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any such third-party sites or services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
40170 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 40170 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed means, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
